Introduction

 

Who am I?
A Bilingual IT Consultant, fluent in English and French, with a strong Major Accounts experience. My fields of expertise include Systems Management, Virtualization (OS and Application), Systems and Data Security (Endpoint Security – Firewall, Encryption, Patch Management), Process Management (BPM), Asset Management (ITAM).

However, a natural curiosity enabled me to develop skills in other areas, more or less far from my original core activity: Network Security (Firewall, VPN, NAC), Web Development (PHP, CMS), CRM (SalesForce), Home Automation, Video Edition (Adobe Premiere).

10 years in the IT Industry
First in the IT department of a well known French company, and then for an independent software vendor, making Systems Management, End-Point Security,  Virtualization, Asset Management (ITAM) and Process Management (BPM) solutions. These few years have enabled me to build a strong experience against today’s and tomorrow’s IT challenges and key issues.

Since several years, I also had the opportunity to work with the biggest and most strategic EMEA accounts, and to enable me to understand the needs and sales process specifics to such accounts.

A 2 years experience living in United Kingdom, within a multilingual/multicultural team of consultants, operating over the whole EMEA region, enabled me to familiarize myself with the multiple corporate cultures and customer relationships from different countries in this geographic area.
